Barbara Kostyra-Górnik

Barbara specialises in real estate law, advising clients on all legal aspects of real estate transactions and construction investments.

She provides comprehensive support throughout the entire investment cycle - from analysing the legal status of properties and structuring projects and transactions, to advising on property management and drafting commercial lease agreements.

She has substantial experience in logistics and warehouse investment projects, including the preparation of development management, property management and lease agreements for warehouse, industrial and office spaces. Her work also covers a wide range of legal matters related to these types of developments.

Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, Barbara gained experience at the Warsaw office of a leading international law firm.

Barbara graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg in Germany, where she successfully passed the First German State Examination.

Following the completion of her advocate training program with the Warsaw Bar Association, she was admitted to the list of advocates of the Warsaw Bar Association in 2018.
