Karolina Kamecka

Karolina is involved in due diligence processes, focusing, among other things, on issues related to the correctness of the existing and future development of the site. She also assists the legal team in transactions relating to the acquisition and sale of real estate or shares.

She is also involved in providing legal advice concerning labor law matters such as anti-mobbing, whistleblowing, as well as preparation of workplace regulations and review of termination of contracts. Karolina also develops corporate advisory competencies, supporting clients in day-to-day company affairs.

Karolina has been involved in NGO projects providing legal support to individuals experiencing violence.
