Piotr Nowak​

Piotr focuses his practice on real estate law, administrative proceedings, environmental protection law, and ESG-related matters.

He advises Polish and foreign investors on real estate acquisitions and sales, represents clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings related to the construction process, and provides ongoing legal support for real estate investments and company operations.

Piotr pays particular attention to ensuring that investment projects comply with national and EU environmental regulations.

For many years, he has also been engaged in advocacy aimed at improving the social situation of young people in Poland, working with various non-governmental organizations and participating in legislative initiatives.

Piotr holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where he wrote his thesis on EU competition law.
