Piotr Łaska

Piotr Łaska is an attorney-at-law and Partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

He specializes in real estate law, with a particular focus on transactional advisory and construction-related aspects of investments. His expertise also covers civil, commercial and administrative law. 

He is involved in projects covering M&A transactions, asset disposals, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He also advises domestic and international clients on commercial contracts. 

He is a member of the Real Estate team, supporting investors in the acquisition and disposal of office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, residential properties and development land. The team has been consistently recommended in the Legal 500 rankings. 

He has over 25 years of professional experience. He has participated in numerous high-profile transactions, including some of the largest commercial real estate projects in Poland. 

He graduated from the University of Warsaw. He completed notarial training and professional training for real estate advisors. 

He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
