Piotr brings over 25 years of experience in the Polish real estate market, with a strong focus on real estate law—particularly transactional advisory and construction-related aspects of investments. His broad expertise also encompasses civil, commercial and administrative law.
He advises both international and domestic clients on a wide range of legal and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and commercial contracts.
Piotr has been involved in numerous high-profile transactions concerning some of the largest commercial real estate projects in Poland. His work includes the acquisition and sale of office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, residential properties and development land.
He has supported major investors in navigating complex transactions and investment processes.
Recognised for his expertise, Piotr has been for more than ten years recommended by The Legal 500 and Chambers Europe as one of the leading real estate lawyers in Poland.
Piotr graduated from the University of Warsaw, after which he completed both the notarial training and the real estate advisors training.
He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
