Agnieszka Michalak

Agnieszka Michalak is a supervisor in the Audit and Business Advisory Department at Baker Tilly TPA.  

She specializes in audits and reviews of separate and consolidated financial statements, due diligence reviews, and IFRS-compliant reporting, including for public interest entities.  

She participates in projects involving audits, reviews, and advisory services related to the preparation of financial statements and the development of tools to streamline the reporting process.  

She is a member of a team supporting domestic and international clients in financial reporting, accounting analysis, and process evaluation.  

She gained experience at Grant Thornton from 2015 and at Baker Tilly TPA from 2019, implementing numerous audit and advisory projects for companies with diverse business profiles.  

She graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting and is a member of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors.  

She speaks fluent English and basic German.
