Aleksandra Połojko-Marciniak

Aleksandra Połojko-Marciniak is an attorney-at-law and Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in commercial, corporate and civil law. She has several years of experience in the ongoing legal support of entrepreneurs and companies across various industries, including employment law matters. 

She is involved in due diligence processes and the preparation of transaction documentation, supporting both domestic and international clients. She also represents clients in commercial disputes before common courts. 

She is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She also completed postgraduate studies in new technologies law at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
