Bartosz Zioło

Bartosz Zioło is a Senior Manager in the Audit and Transaction Advisory Department at Baker Tilly TPA. He specializes in auditing separate and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards (PAS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS), as well as in due diligence projects and transaction advisory services. 
 
He participates in projects involving audits, financial statement reviews, consolidation, and financial analyses, supporting clients in transaction processes and reporting. He is a member of the audit team, implementing projects for companies in the real estate, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, insurance, and IT sectors. 
 
He gained experience at Baker Tilly TPA since 2015, previously in the accounting department of Ecovis System Rewident; he has held the position of Senior Manager since 2024. A graduate of the University of Warsaw with a degree in Finance and Accounting, he is a certified auditor. 
 
He is fluent in English.
