His work includes matters concerning organisational structures, day-to-day operations, transactions and business disputes. He is involved in registration proceedings, restructuring processes, negotiations, preparation of corporate and transactional documentation, as well as court proceedings involving business entities.
Bartłomiej holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw and is also a graduate of the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw.
