Elżbieta Rablin-Schubert
Elżbieta specializes in banking and finance law. She has extensive experience in legal advisory on investments in the construction and infrastructure sectors, including the financing of investment projects (project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance), the issuance of debt securities, and the implementation of projects in concession and PPP models. She supports clients at all stages of investment execution – from planning and financing structuring to commercialization and resolving investment disputes.
She has advised on the implementation and financing of numerous infrastructure projects, including airports, sports facilities, public transport, energy, residential and medical investments. She has represented clients in commercial and investment disputes, including claims for damages arising from the execution of large construction contracts.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at the University of Warsaw. She completed her bar apprenticeship at the Warsaw Bar Association.
