Elżbieta Rablin-Schubert

Elżbieta Rablin-Schubert is an advocate and Of Counsel at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in banking and finance law. She has extensive experience in advising on investments in the construction and infrastructure sectors, in particular in project finance, debt securities issuance, as well as concession-based and PPP projects. 

She supports clients at all stages of investment projects – from planning and structuring financing to commercialization and the resolution of investment disputes. 

She has advised on the implementation and financing of numerous infrastructure projects, including airports, sports facilities, public transport, energy, residential and healthcare investments. She has represented clients in commercial and investment disputes. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and completed an MBA programme at the University of Warsaw. She also completed her advocate training at the Warsaw Bar Association. 

She has been individually recognized in international rankings, including Chambers Europe (Capital Markets) and The Legal 500 EMEA (Banking and Finance). 

She is fluent in English.
