Emilia Drzazgowska-Bzdok

Emilia specialises in providing legal and business support to both domestic and international clients. Her practice focuses on day-to-day legal advisory for business entities, participation in corporate restructuring projects (including mergers and transformations of commercial companies) and conducting legal due diligence.

She is also involved in drafting business contracts, as well as corporate and transactional documentation.

She has many years of experience in corporate law and corporate governance, particularly in the construction, IT and medical sectors.

Emilia has also represented clients in commercial disputes before common courts.

Emilia  holds degrees from both the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

She also completed a specialised course in English and EU law at the Juris Angliae Scientia Law Centre.

Emilia has been a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law since 2014.
