Emilia Drzazgowska-Bzdok

Emilia Drzazgowska-Bzdok is an attorney-at-law and Senior Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate restructurings and corporate governance, advising both domestic and international clients. 

She is involved in projects covering corporate restructurings, including mergers and transformations of commercial companies, as well as due diligence processes. 

She also prepares commercial agreements and corporate and transactional documentation. She represents clients in commercial disputes before common courts. 

She is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings. 

She has extensive experience in advising entities, particularly in the construction, IT and medical sectors. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She also completed a course in English and EU law at Juris Angliae Scientia Law Centre. 

Since 2017, she has been a member of the Poznań Bar Association. 

She is fluent in English.
