Ewelina Kardaś

Ewelina specialises in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on commercial contracts and corporate governance. She also advises on M&A transactions and private equity transactions.

She has experience in transactional advisory and securities issuance processes and also advises on matters related to financial and capital markets.

Furthermore, she has experience in working on projects in the field of compliance, personal data protection and e-commerce.

She gained her professional experience in the legal departments of public institutions, international commercial firms and legal practices serving corporate clients.

Ewelina is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and completed the School of German and European Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, a programme conducted in cooperation with the Department of State and Law Sciences at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) in Bonn.

She also studied at Freie Universität Berlin as part of the Erasmus programme.

Ewelina completed postgraduate studies in New Technology Law at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She is a member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
