Grzegorz Antonowicz
Grzegorz Antonowicz is an attorney-at-law and Associate Partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland, where he heads the IP and IT practices. He specializes in intellectual and industrial property law, competition law, new technologies and IT projects.
He advises companies on the protection, management and commercialization of intangible assets, including copyrights, know-how, trademarks and industrial designs. He supports clients in developing IP protection strategies, managing IP portfolios, and in licensing and technology transfer projects.
He has experience in advising on technology projects, including IT system implementations, as well as in drafting and negotiating implementation, outsourcing and licensing agreements.
He represents clients in disputes concerning infringements of intellectual property rights and acts of unfair competition. He also advises on competition and consumer protection law, particularly at the intersection with IP and IT, including distribution issues, unfair competition practices and compliance of marketing communications.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, he spent over a decade developing the IP and new technologies practice at a leading law firm.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed his attorney-at-law training at the Poznań Bar Association.
He is fluent in English.
