Grzegorz Gajda LL.M.

Grzegorz Gajda is a highly regarded corporate and M&A lawyer with over 20 years of experience in Poland and internationally.

As Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Legal Poland, he leads the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice and plays a central role in cross-border deal execution and strategic development. He is also Head of the firm’s German Desk.

He specializes in M&A transactions, transaction structuring, and corporate reorganizations, with particular expertise in advising investors from the DACH region. His work includes complex, multi-jurisdictional projects involving mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and governance matters, often integrating regulatory and tax-structuring advice.

Grzegorz’s client portfolio spans FMCG, manufacturing, IT, energy, and real estate.

Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland in 2018, he served as Associate Partner at Deloitte Legal and led the firm’s German Desk, advising a broad range of international investors and German-speaking clients active in Poland.

Recognized as a leading expert in Commercial, Corporate and M&A by The Legal 500, he has been with Baker Tilly Legal Poland since its establishment—serving as Co-Managing Partner and Head of the Poznań office from 2021, and since 2023 as sole Managing Partner.
