Grzegorz Gajda LL.M.

Grzegorz Gajda is an attorney-at-law and Managing Partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland, where he leads the M&A and corporate advisory practice and heads the German Desk. 

He specializes in M&A transactions, transaction structuring and corporate reorganizations, with a particular focus on investors from the DACH region. 

He leads complex multi-jurisdictional projects covering M&A, private equity and corporate governance, combining legal, regulatory and tax advisory. He also supports investors from Asia in entering the Polish market and executing investments across the CEE region. 

He has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland in 2018, he was a Partner at international law firms. 

The Corporate/M&A team he leads is regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings as one of the leading teams in commercial, corporate and M&A law. 

He graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the European University Viadrina (German and Polish law). He also studied at the University of Zurich and completed postgraduate studies in competition law and new technologies at the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the Poznań Bar Association. 

He is fluent in English and German.
