Grzegorz Żarski has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, specialising in strategic management, energy market development, risk management and long-term business value creation.
At TAURON Polska Energia, he was responsible for developing the Group’s portfolio management and market analysis capabilities, holding senior management and supervisory positions. He led the implementation of advanced price analytics and forecasting solutions supporting both investment and operational decision-making across the Group.
He subsequently worked with the Warsaw Stock Exchange Group (GPW Group) until 2025. As a Director and Advisor to the Management Board of TGE S.A. (Polish Power Exchange), he was responsible for product development, market strategy and regulatory dialogue within the energy sector. As President of the Management Board of InfoEngine S.A., he led the company’s strategic transformation, strengthening its operational efficiency and market position in the areas of the balancing market and ancillary services.
Since the beginning of 2026, he has focused on strategic advisory services for the energy and renewable energy sectors, energy system transformation, and the implementation of new business models in the energy market.
He is a graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, completed postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics, and holds an MBA from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
He combines extensive executive, supervisory and operational experience with in-depth energy market expertise and strong market and financial analytics capabilities. He is also actively involved in industry organisations, including the Association of Energy Trading (TOE) and the Polish Wind Energy Association (PWEA).
