Iwona Penwarden

Iwona is Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Baker Tilly TPA. She has 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (lead M&A), corporate finance and capital markets advisory projects.

She started her career in one of the leading Polish M&A boutiques, where she was a partner for 9 years. She has led more than 50 advisory projects in various sectors: healthy food, e-commerce, SaaS, performance marketing, healthtech, recycling, HVAC, construction, etc.

Iwona also worked for a leading venture capitalist in Poland, specialising in investments in SaaS companies. 

She also participated in financial due diligence processes.

Iwona is a graduate of the Poznan University of Economics. She completed post-graduate studies in real estate valuation at the University of Economics in Katowice and studies in securities brokerage. She is a certified advisor for alternative trading systems.

She speaks fluent Polish and English.
