Iwona Penwarden

Iwona Penwarden is the Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Baker Tilly TPA. She has 18 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets advisory projects. 

She specializes in transaction management, valuations, investment analysis, and advising companies in the healthy food, e-commerce, SaaS, performance marketing, healthtech, recycling, HVAC, and construction sectors. She participates in projects involving buy-side and sell-side advisory, financial analysis preparation, and due diligence support. She is a member of a team supporting clients from the technology, industrial, and service sectors in transaction and strategic processes. She gained experience as a Partner at a leading M&A boutique and at a Polish venture capital fund specializing in SaaS investments. 
 
She graduated from the Poznań University of Economics, completed postgraduate studies as a property appraiser at the University of Economics in Katowice, and completed studies for securities brokers. She is a Certified Alternative Trading System Advisor. 
 
She is fluent in Polish and English.
