Kamil Łamiński LL.M.

Kamil Łamiński has over 15 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial law, litigation and family business / private clients.

He has gained his professional experience since 2008 in law firms, providing services to domestic and foreign clients, including entities operating in the Special Economic Zone. From the beginning of his professional career, he has focused on advising clients from the DACH region (German Desk) and Polish private clients.

Kamil has repeatedly advised investors on starting a business in Poland. He has also structured and carried out numerous reorganizations of commercial companies (transformations, mergers and divisions).

He has successfully represented his clients in complex court proceedings, including many cross-border cases.

Kamil has been associated with Baker Tilly Legal Poland since the beginning of the activity of the Poznań office. 

Kamil Łamiński has completed legal studies in Poland and Germany. He passed his bar exam with distinction in 2013 and is a member of Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
