Kamil Łamiński LL.M.

Kamil Łamiński is an attorney-at-law and Associate Partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

He specializes in corporate and commercial law, litigation, as well as advising family businesses and private clients. From the beginning of his career, he has focused on advising clients from the DACH region and Polish private clients. 

He is involved in projects related to establishing business operations in Poland and corporate reorganizations, including transformations, mergers, acquisitions and demergers. 

He is a member of the Corporate team and the German Desk, supporting both domestic and international clients. 

He has been gaining professional experience in law firms since 2008. He has advised domestic and international clients, including entities operating in Special Economic Zones. He has represented clients in complex litigation, including cross-border disputes. He has been associated with Baker Tilly Legal Poland since the establishment of the Poznań office. 

He graduated in law in Poland and Germany. He passed the attorney-at-law exam with distinction in 2013. Member of the Poznań Bar Association. 

He is fluent in English and German.
