Karolina Cieśla

Karolina Cieśla is an advocate and Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in M&A transactions and corporate advisory. She has been involved in numerous investment processes and corporate reorganizations, including due diligence projects as well as the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. 

She supports entrepreneurs in ongoing corporate matters, advising on commercial and contract law. 

She gained her professional experience at the largest Polish investment fund management company and at Warsaw-based law firms, participating in M&A transactions of significant market importance. 

She is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2025, she completed her advocate training at the Warsaw Bar Association. 

She is fluent in English.
