Katarzyna Górska

Katarzyna Górska is an attorney-at-law and Managing Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in commercial law, with a particular focus on contract law. She advises joint-stock companies, particularly in the technology and manufacturing sectors, supporting clients in the preparation of agreements and ongoing business operations. 

She has experience in advising corporate bodies, in particular companies operating in the audit, accounting and tax sectors, functioning in a complex regulatory environment. 

She is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (2014). She also completed postgraduate studies in accounting and taxation at the Poznań University of Economics (2020). 

She is a member of the Poznań Bar Association.
