Konrad Dudziak

Konrad Dudziak is a Senior Manager in the Audit and Transaction Advisory Department at Baker Tilly TPA in Warsaw. 

He specializes in audits and reviews of separate and consolidated financial statements. He also has experience in conducting due diligence projects, particularly for entities in the renewable energy sector (RES), as well as the manufacturing, construction, development, and commercial real estate sectors. 

He has participated in numerous projects involving audits of domestic and international capital groups, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He has also participated in advisory projects related to capital transactions, including financial due diligence and ongoing advice on the application of accounting principles. 

He supports clients from various sectors of the economy, including FMCG, real estate, renewable energy, manufacturing, and development, both in meeting reporting obligations and providing transaction advisory services, as well as ongoing accounting and bookkeeping support. 
He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He is currently pursuing his chartered accountant certification and ACCA qualifications. 

He is fluent in English.
