Krzysztof Dziekoński

Krzysztof Dziekoński is a Partner and Head of the Audit Department at Baker Tilly TPA in Warsaw. 

He is a certified auditor and business consultant. 
He specializes in serving large and medium-sized capital groups reporting under IFRS and Polish standards, IPO projects, consolidations, and advising on mergers and transformations. 

He participates in projects including audits and reviews of financial statements, due diligence, IFRS implementation, reviews according to agreed-upon procedures, and transaction advisory services. 
He is a member of a team supporting clients in the real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, services, and financial sectors, including reporting, internal control, and fraud risk management. 

He gained experience at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, then as Head of Accounting & Reporting at Novartis Polska and Partner at BDO Polska. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a Stefan Batory Foundation scholarship holder at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen. 
He is fluent in English, German, and Russian.
