Krzysztof Rubas

Krzysztof is an attorney-at-law with several years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to business clients.

He has advised on numerous high-impact projects involving corporate reorganisations, telecommunications law and intellectual property law. He also has extensive experience in managing complex commercial litigation.

He has also acted on numerous M&A transactions across a range of sectors, including for highly reputable and market-leading clients throughout Europe. His experience spans the full transaction lifecycle – from structuring and due diligence through to drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and closing.

In addition to his core practice areas, Krzysztof regularly supports clients in matters related to contract law.

Krzysztof  graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

He completed the attorney-at-law training programme at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law with the highest score and has been a member of the Association since 2015.
