Krzysztof Rubas

Krzysztof Rubas is an Attorney-at-Law and Counsel at Baker Tilly Legal Poland, with extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to corporate and institutional clients. 

He specializes in commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions and commercial litigation. He participates in projects involving corporate reorganizations, telecommunications law, and intellectual property, as well as numerous M&A transactions in various sectors, supporting clients throughout the entire transaction cycle – from structuring and due diligence to negotiations and closing. 

He is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, advising, incl., renowned entities operating in European markets. 

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he ranked first among all graduates. He also completed the legal traineeship at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law with the highest result. 

He is fluent in English.
