Krzysztof Żłak​

Krzysztof Żłak is an advocate and Managing Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

He specializes in civil, commercial and business law, with a particular focus on court and administrative proceedings. 

He is also a licensed restructuring advisor, advising clients on restructuring and insolvency matters and providing ongoing legal support to businesses. 

He gained his professional experience both in law firms and in in-house legal departments of companies. 

He is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings. 

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in restructuring and insolvency law at Lazarski University. 

He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. 

He is fluent in English and German.
