Magdalena Parzybut

Magdalena supports the legal team in matters relating to labour law, corporate law, and commercial company law.

She is involved in due diligence processes, corporate reorganisations, and registration proceedings, as well as in providing legal advice on various labour law matters and corporate advisory services, supporting clients in their day-to-day business operations. 

She also assists in matters relating to compliance issues and energy law.

Magdalena is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where she completed her master’s thesis in public economic law.

During her studies, she spent a year at the University of Antwerp in Belgium, focusing on European Union law.

She is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law.
