Magdalena Parzybut

Magdalena Parzybut is a trainee attorney-at-law and Junior Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She advises clients on employment law, corporate law and company law matters. 

She is involved in due diligence processes, corporate reorganizations and registration proceedings, supporting domestic and international clients in ongoing employment and corporate law matters. 

She also deals with compliance and energy law issues. 

She is a member of the Corporate/M&A and Employment teams, regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where she completed her master’s thesis in public economic law. 

During her studies, she spent a year at the University of Antwerp in Belgium, developing her expertise in European Union law. 

She is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association. 

She is fluent in English.
