Michał has extensive experience valuing financial instruments, including shares, bonds, derivatives, debt portfolios, and intangible assets.
He is also experienced in advanced financial modeling and has prepared comprehensive economic models for institutions in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly TPA, Michał worked as an analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland and TS Partners.
He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and the FMVA (Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst) certification. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and accounting.
