Michał Gadziński

Michał is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance at Baker Tilly TPA. 

He specialises in the valuation of financial instruments, in particular shares, bonds, derivatives, debt portfolios, and intangible assets. 

He has comprehensive expertise in advanced financial modelling. He participates in projects involving the preparation of complex economic models, including for institutions and companies operating in the renewable energy sector. 

Before joining Baker Tilly TPA, he worked as an analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland and TS Partners, where he gained experience in financial analysis, valuation, and modelling. 

He holds the CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst) and the FMVA certification (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst). 

He is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he studied Finance and Accounting. 

He is fluent in English.
