Michał Kozicki

Michał Kozicki is a Senior Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Department at Baker Tilly TPA. 

He specializes in audits and reviews of separate and consolidated financial statements, due diligence projects, and reporting in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and US GAAP. 

He participates in projects involving the preparation of financial statements, consolidation packages, and tools to streamline accounting and reporting processes. 

He is a member of a team supporting clients in the manufacturing, trade, transportation, and service industries, including financial reporting and process analysis. 

He gained experience by implementing numerous audit and advisory projects for domestic and international entities with diverse business profiles. He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in finance and accounting and has participated in numerous training courses in auditing, accounting, and taxes. 

He is fluent in English.
