Michał Kozicki

Michał has many years of experience in managing audit and advisory projects for clients from various sectors of the economy. 

He specializes in audits and reviews of annual standalone and consolidated financial statements, as well as in due diligence projects and reporting in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and US GAAP.

He has participated in numerous advisory projects, including the preparation of financial statements and consolidation packages, as well as the development of tools improving accounting and reporting processes. He has extensive experience in auditing manufacturing, trading, transportation, and service companies.

He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He has attended numerous trainings in the fields of audit, accounting, and taxation. He is fluent in English.
