Monika Tuzimek

Monika Tuzimek is a Partner in the Audit and Business Consulting Department at Baker Tilly TPA, a certified auditor, and ACCA member with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in internal control, corporate governance, consolidation processes, and audit services for NGOs. In her work, she combines an audit and advisory approach, supporting management boards in making sound business decisions and enhancing organisational efficiency and transparency. She builds long-term client relationships and develops teams of experts, focusing on practical solutions tailored to a dynamic market environment. 

She participates in audit and advisory projects for companies in the manufacturing, energy, IT, and real estate sectors, as well as non-profit organizations and family businesses. She is a member of the audit team supporting clients in financial statement audits, due diligence, accounting system implementations, and licensing audits, among other areas. She gained experience in international consulting projects and with renowned audit firms; since 2020, she has been managing key projects as a Partner. 
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. 

He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
