Natalia Kochańska

Natalia has over seven years of professional experience gained at both Polish and international law firms, with a focus on M&A transactions and real estate law. She has participated in numerous M&A projects, supporting clients throughout various stages of the transaction process.

In addition, she provides legal advice on labor law matters and develops her corporate advisory expertise by supporting clients in their day-to-day business operations.

During her university studies, Natalia gained further experience working for one of Europe’s largest human rights foundations.

Natalia is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where she wrote her master’s thesis on European Union law. During her studies, she was actively involved in the Scientific Circle of Administrative Law.

In 2025, she graduated from the attorney-at-law training programme at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, achieving the highest score on the bar exam, and subsequently became a member of the Association.
