Sebastian Pogorzelski

Sebastian is a Corporate Finance Manager at Baker Tilly TPA. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder. 

He has several years of experience in transaction advisory, M&A processes, financial valuations and modeling, which he has gained since 2016 at companies such as DataWalk, BNY Mellon, JP Weber and EY, as well as on his own consulting business, providing services to Polish and international clients.

He participated in M&A projects with a total enterprise value exceeding 3 bln PLN, mainly in the renewable energy sector. 

He is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, majoring in Finance and Accounting, with a specialization in Financial Analysis and Risk Management.

He is also an author of courses in various areas of finance and valuation for students.

He is fluent in Polish and English.
