Tomasz Manowiec CFA, CVA, FCCA

Tomasz Manowiec is an Associate Partner in the Corporate Finance Department of Baker Tilly TPA. He specializes in  valuation, financial model analysis and development, and investment advisory services. 

He holds the following certifications and licenses in areas of finance and valuation: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FCCA (Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant), FMVA (Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst), as well as an investment advisor and securities broker license. He is the only professional in Poland to hold the American CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) designation. 

He has completed over a thousand corporate finance projects, mainly valuations, analyses and financial modeling projects.  

He supports clients from the industrial, energy, technology, and financial sectors. 

He gained experience at JP Weber and Noble Funds TFI, among others. He is the author of the online course “Analyst Package", recognized in rankings by "Rzeczpospolita" and "Parkiet". 

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Gdańsk. He is fluent in English.
