Partner Jakub Kutzmann joins Baker Tilly Legal Poland as Head of the Real Estate Practice

Baker Tilly Legal Poland is pleased to announce that Jakub Kutzmann has joined the firm’s partnership and has simultaneously assumed the role of Head of the Real Estate Practice.

The appointment of Jakub Kutzmann marks another milestone in the development of Baker Tilly Legal Poland’s real estate practice, which for several years has been recommended in the international ranking The Legal 500 EMEA.

Jakub Kutzmann is an advocate with nearly twenty years of experience in providing legal advice in the real estate market. He specializes in transactional work and investment projects, including cross-border transactions and joint venture platforms. He advises investors, developers, banks and institutional clients. His practice also covers property management, real estate financing, regulatory matters, administrative and construction law, as well as the handling of real estate-related disputes.

Jakub Kutzmann has been recommended in international legal rankings, including The Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe.
