Dominika Sawicka

Dominika is an attorney-at-law with over 14 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, advising both international and Polish clients. Her practice covers complex M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as day-to-day corporate advisory.

She has acted on numerous cross-border and domestic M&A and restructuring processes involving acquisitions, mergers, demergers, and liquidations, and she regularly conducts legal due diligence. Dominika also has extensive experience providing ongoing legal support to clients across a range of sectors, including energy, manufacturing, and automotive. As part of her broader advisory work, she has also handled matters relating to energy law.

Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, Dominika worked at the German Desk of Deloitte Legal and previously practised at leading law firms specialising in legal services for clients from the DACH region.

Dominika graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and also studied at the Department of Law at the University of Mannheim.

She has been a member of Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law since 2015.
