Dominika Sawicka

Dominika Sawicka is an attorney-at-law and Managing Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in corporate and commercial law. She advises both international and Polish clients on M&A transactions, restructuring processes and ongoing corporate matters. 

She is involved in projects covering acquisitions, mergers, demergers and liquidations of companies, both cross-border and domestic. She regularly participates in due diligence processes. 

She is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, supporting clients from various sectors, including energy, manufacturing and automotive. As part of her practice, she also advises on energy law matters. 

She has over 15 years of experience. Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, she worked at the German Desk of an international advisory firm as well as at law firms specializing in serving clients from the DACH region. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and also studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Mannheim. 

Since 2015, she has been a member of the Poznań Bar Association. 

She is fluent in English and German.
