Joanna Jędrzejewska

Joanna Jędrzejewska is an attorney-at-law and Counsel at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in employment law, HR-related matters and the protection of personal rights, with a particular focus on workplace harassment and discrimination. 

She advises international corporations and Polish employers, representing clients in court proceedings and participating in anti-harassment committees. 

She provides comprehensive support to employers in employment law matters, including recruitment processes, termination of employment and collective redundancies. 

She delivers training sessions and workshops, particularly for management staff. 

She is a member of the Employment team, which she leads. 

She has over 20 years of professional experience in legal advisory. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2011, she has been a member of the Poznań Bar Association and the Polish Association of Labour Law. 

She is fluent in English.
