Małgorzata Lejman

Małgorzata Lejman is an attorney-at-law and Managing Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

She specializes in commercial, corporate and business law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. 

She has been involved in numerous investment processes and M&A transactions, particularly in the manufacturing, FMCG, defence and technology sectors. 

She supports clients in the ongoing legal aspects of their business operations, including corporate matters, commercial contracts, real estate and employment-related issues. 

She is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, regularly recognized in the Legal 500 rankings. 

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, she gained experience at both international and Polish law firms, developing broad expertise across various areas of law and combining her knowledge of Polish law with an international perspective. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies (in cooperation with the University of Cambridge). 

Since 2010, she has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. 

She is fluent in English.
