Małgorzata Lejman

Małgorzata specialises in business, commercial and corporate law, with extensive experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.

She has advised on numerous investment and M&A processes, particularly in the manufacturing, FMCG, defence and new technology sectors.

Her practice also encompasses providing ongoing legal support to business entities in their day-to-day operations, including corporate matters, commercial contracts, real estate and employment-related issues.

Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, Małgorzata worked with both international and Polish law firms, gaining versatile experience across various legal areas. This background enables her to effectively combine in-depth knowledge of Polish law with a strong international perspective.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies (a programme organised in cooperation with the University of Cambridge).

Małgorzata has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law since 2010.
