Maciej Krokosiński

Maciej Krokosiński is a Partner in the Audit and Business Advisory Department at Baker Tilly TPA in Warsaw. 

He specialises in audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS/IAS, Polish Accounting Standards and UK GAAP for both public-interest and private entities, including large international groups as well as medium-sized and large local companies. As a certified auditor, Maciej collaborates with the ESG Advisory department in the implementation of sustainability assurance projects and regularly participates in training on the assurance of sustainability reports, both within the Baker Tilly International network and in internal training. 

He participates in transaction advisory projects, including due diligence assignments, primarily in the renewable energy, real estate and manufacturing sectors. He also has experience in managing international, multidisciplinary teams in connection with cross-border transactions. His transaction advisory client portfolio consists mainly of investment funds, large and medium-sized industry players, and private equity funds. 

He gained professional experience at Deloitte in the United Kingdom and Poland, where he provided audit and audit-related advisory services to major construction and real estate companies. 

He is the author of numerous reports and industry publications on issues relating to the real estate, construction and renewable energy sectors. 

He is a graduate of the University of Derby and the University of Birmingham. He has been a UK-chartered accountant (ACA) since 2013 and a Polish statutory auditor since 2024. 

He is fluent in English.
