Maciej Pyszczek

Maciej Pyszczek is a Supervisor in the Corporate Finance team at Baker Tilly TPA. He specializes in corporate finance, with a particular focus on financial modeling as well as the valuation of businesses and financial instruments. He participated in projects covering the preparation and audit of financial models, valuations using various approaches and methodologies, as well as profitability and investment feasibility analyses and industry analyses. 

He has participated in numerous projects for the renewable energy sector, as well as for other industries with diverse profiles. He has been gaining experience professional since 2016, working for domestic and international clients in M&A and financial advisory projects.  

He is a co-author of numerous publications and industry reports, including the annual publication Wind Energy in Poland. 

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting, specializing in Corporate Finance. 

 
Maciej holds the Chartered Financial Analyst title from the CFA Institute and FMVA certificate from the CFI Institute.  He is fluent in English and speaks basic German.
