Maciej Pyszczek

Maciej has several years of experience in business and financial instrument valuation, as well as financial modeling. Prior to joining Baker Tilly TPA, he was involved in transaction advisory services and mergers and acquisitions, working with both local and international corporate clients as well as private equity funds.

He began his professional career in 2017 at the consulting firm CSWP, where he worked in the audit and transaction advisory department. In 2019, he joined JP Weber, focusing on transaction advisory and managing M&A processes, including financial due diligence, preparing targets for sale (Exit Readiness), drafting transaction documentation, and analyzing forecasts and business plans.

Maciej became part of the Baker Tilly TPA team in 2022. He holds a Master Degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics, and is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
