Sergiusz Kielian

Sergiusz Kielian is an attorney-at-law and Partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland. 

He specializes in M&A transactions, capital markets and legal aspects of financing. 

With over 20 years of transactional experience, he has been involved in more than 100 investment projects. His practice covers private and public capital market transactions, joint ventures, as well as debt and equity financing. He also advises e-commerce sector participants on EU and domestic law. His experience spans multiple industries, including FMCG, defence, e-mobility, manufacturing and IT.  

Recognized in international legal rankings - the Corporate/M&A team at Baker Tilly Legal Poland is regularly recommended by Legal 500. 

At Baker Tilly Legal Poland, he co-heads the French Desk, supporting francophone clients in cross-border matters. 

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, he also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Łódź and participated in the European Young Lawyers Scheme (College of Law in London). He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. 

He is fluent in English and French.
