Sergiusz Kielian

Sergiusz Kielian is a seasoned corporate and capital markets lawyer with over two decades of experience, specializing in M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital and securities law.

He has extensive experience in private and public market transactions, joint venture investments and capital markets operations, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-value projects.

Sergiusz has advised both Polish and international buyers and sellers on over 100 transactions across a broad spectrum of sectors, including FMCG, renewable energy, e-mobility, defence, real estate, logistics, manufacturing and IT. His additional expertise in the issuance and structuring of securities adds significant value to M&A deals involving financing or public market components.

Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland in 2023 Sergiusz worked for many years with leading international and domestic law firms, supporting both Polish and foreign investors.

He also leads the firm’s French Desk, supporting francophone clients in cross-border matters.

Sergiusz is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University. He also completed postgraduate studies in Financial and Economic Law at the University of Łódź. Participant of the European Young  Lawyers  Scheme  run  by  the  College  of  Law  in London.

He is a member of Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
