Anita Bis

Anita Bis is a Partner in the Audit and Business Advisory Department at Baker Tilly TPA in Warsaw. 

She specializes in comprehensive transaction support, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, vendor due diligence, support in carve-out processes, as well as advisory services regarding share purchase/sale agreements and transaction settlement and closing mechanisms. 

She has participated in projects for leading investment funds, private equity funds, and corporate clients representing various sectors of the economy. 

Her experience also includes business consulting, investigative audits, reviews of processes and internal control systems, as well as audits and reviews of financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards (PSR) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 

She began her professional career at Ernst & Young and has been with Baker Tilly TPA since 2007. 

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Rider University in the USA. She holds the title of statutory auditor. 

She is fluent in English.
