Stanisław Wocial
Stanisław Wocial is an attorney-at-law and Associate at Baker Tilly Legal Poland.
He specialises in commercial, corporate and civil law. He has several years of experience providing ongoing legal advice to businesses, including corporate law advisory, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and comprehensive day-to-day legal support on business-related matters.
He gained his professional experience at law firms advising Polish and international corporate clients. In addition to providing ongoing legal counsel, he has handled commercial disputes, including complex, multi-faceted corporate disputes, as well as proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts. He has also represented clients in business-related criminal proceedings and insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

Stanisław graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
He is a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and has been admitted to practise as an attorney-at-law since 2025.
