We advised Quality & Reliability S.A. (QnR), a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and a member of the QnR Group, on its acquisition of a 51% stake in e-Xim IT S.A., a company listed on the NewConnect market.

Baker Tilly Legal Poland provided legal support throughout the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence and supporting the client in negotiations with the sellers and preparing the transaction documentation.
